 Jessamina is the Facilitator of The Goddess Experience and Workout;

An energizing wellness program that help women to connect deeply with their bodies, natural cycles, divine wisdom, creative power and intuition. She also hosts a monthly Red Tent Day Retreat to nourish and replenish women from all walks of life. She has lead over 300 women in the 2007 Northeast Woman to Woman Conference in her workshop “Discover your Inner Goddess”, and been a guest on the Tyra Banks Show, on the episode “Sex and Pregnancy”, speaking about having a healthy sex drive and ecstatic birth while pregnant with her 3^rd child.

Jessamina became the youngest Silva Method graduate in her class in 1987 and began her practice of energy healing, intuitive readings, and astrology. In the following year, she began menstruating and dedicated herself to the path of the Goddess. In 1998 she lead her first women’s spiritual group and discovered the power of yoga and bellydance.  Two years later, she was initiated into Motherhood. Jessamina is a certified fitness Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and received additional certifications in prenatal fitness, postnatal fitness and yoga.  Recently Jessamina became a Reiki Master/Teacher and assisted her own mother in the opening of The Goddess Shoppe,  in Sayville NY. Jessamina is dedicated to her family and working with women privately and in groups on their journey towards healing, accessing their own divine wisdom, and sharing their unique gifts with the world.
