 * Open Level Vinyasa– Vinyasa flow classes connect each movement with the breath.  This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students who have some experience with yoga.  Your instructor will offer modifications for newer yoga students and more challenging postures for advanced students.  This class is not recommended for pure beginners.
