Classes

 The Goddess Workout

In class you'll be utilizing beautiful, feminine bellydance movements, pilates isolations, yoga mudras,  and an added cardio component, for a total body workout that's fun & easy to do!
This is a non-impact workout that is appropriate for women of all fitness levels.
Each class is designed to empower you with confidence, joy and well being. 
 You'll be harmonizing Body, Mind and Spirit with uplifting class themes,
 while enjoying the company of other women.

  • Include all of the above and More!  Bellydance is an ideal workout for the Pregnant Goddess.  This workout is non-impact and feels so good as it supports the growing uterus and helps prevent low back pain...But wait, there's more:

    • Improved Energy and Endurance
    • Increased Flexibility and Muscle tone

  • 35% decreased need for pain relief medications

  • 33% decrease in length of labor, and lower maternal exhaustion

    Pregnant Goddesses Be Sure to:
    Get your OB or Midwife's permission to exercise
             

  • Please wear comfortable clothing ; yogawear, leggings, tank tops, sarongs, whatever makes you feel beautiful 
    Hip Scarves and Veils will be provided, you can bring your own from home ,                                         
    or Purchase one at the Shoppe!
    Eat a snack 15-20 minutes before Class Bring Water/Stay hydrated
