The Goddess Workout

This is a non-impact workout that is appropriate for women of all fitness levels.
In class you'll be utilizing beautiful, feminine bellydance movements, pilates isolations, yoga mudras, and an added cardio component, for a total body workout that's fun & easy to do!
Each class is designed to empower you with confidence, joy and well being.
You'll be harmonizing Body, Mind and Spirit with uplifting class themes,
while enjoying the company of other women.

Hip Scarves and Veils (if needed) will be provided, or Purchase your very own at the Shoppe!

Eat a snack 15-20 minutes before Class.. Bring Water, and Stay hydrated!
