THE GODDESS WORKOUT

In class you'll be utilizing beautiful, feminine bellydance movements, pilates isolations, yoga mudras, and an added cardio component, for a total body workout that's fun & easy to do!
This is a non-impact workout that is appropriate for women of all fitness levels.
Each class is designed to empower you with confidence, joy and well being.
You'll be harmonizing Body, Mind and Spirit with uplifting class themes,
while enjoying the company of other women.

Handmade Blended Bee & Soy Wax Candles
made exclusively with  Essential Oils
Each candle is 7 3/4 oz, made by Jessamina with Organic Cotton wicks,
with the intention of invoking pleasure and good health!

This candle was hand crafted, by me, for you, with lots of love, and an all natural blend of Bee and Soywax, a renewable, environmentally
preferable alternative to paraffin.
It is water soluble and can be easily extracted from the glass
for recycling, drinking, etc.

For added therapeutic effects, each candle has been Infused with essential oil. While fragrance itself can have profound effects upon our emotions and psyche, because of their chemical make-up you may notice other wonderful,
healthful effects, as well.
